Marinade Ingredients:

2 lb (Your choice) beef, thinly sliced (We chose strip steak, but flank works well, too!)

3 TBSP Teriyaki Sauce

2 TBSP sugar

1/4 tsp salt

2 TBSP Siracha Oil

3 cloves of garlic, minced

Hunan Beef Ingredients:

3 TBSP Siracha Oil

1 cup Broccoli Florets

1/2 cup beef broth

1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped

1/2 yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped

6 green onions, chopped

1 small onion, chopped

3 cloves of garlic, minced

3 dried chili peppers

Hunan Sauce Ingredients:

1 cup beef broth

4 TBSP soy Sauce

2 TBSP oyster sauce

2 tsp sugar

3 tsp Siracha Sauce (or chili paste if you want!)

3 tsp Cornstarch

3 cloves of garlic, minced

+3 TBSP siracha oil (don't mix in yet)

Directions:

Prepare rice. Set aside.

Slice beef thin, place in zipper bag and pound it with a mallet until tender. Set Aside.

In a medium bowl prepare the marinade: combine 3 TBSP Teriyaki Sauce, 2 TBSP sugar, 2 TBSP salt, 2 TBSP Siracha Oil, 3 cloves of minced garlic. Add meat, stir to coat. cover and place in refrigerator. The longer it marinates, the better but you can just marinate it for 10 minutes if needed!

In a 2-cup measuring cup or a medium bowl, prepare the Hunan sauce. Mix 1 cup beef broth, 4 TBSP soy sauce, 2 TBSP oyster sauce, 2 tsp sugar, 3 tsp siracha sauce, 3 tsp cornstarch, and 3 cloves of minced garlic. Whisk until well blended and set aside.

Heat a wok with siracha oil

Add the mixed sauce. Whisk continually until it is hot and thickened. Pour back into the bowl/measuring cup and set aside. Rinse wok.

Add 3 TBSP siracha oil and heat until it is smoking. Add meat slices and dried chili peppers and cook about 5 minutes. Pour meat out onto place or bowl and set aside.

Add 3 TBSP siracha oil and add broccoli florets and chopped onion. Add 1/2 cup beef broth. Cook about 3 minutes. Make sure broccoli is still crunchy. Add chopped red bell pepper, chopped yellow bell pepper, chopped green onions, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Cook about 2 minutes. Remove from wok and add to bowl. Set aside.

Add 1 TBSP Siracha oil to the wok and heat. Add cooked meat, cooked veggies and sauce. Stir until sauce is coated and cook about 1 minute.

Serve with fresh, hot rice.
