Who would have thought to make Grilled Buffalo Wings? So many people serve buffalo wings fried. Don't get me wrong, we do too! They are delicious, too! However, there is something unique and special about these grilled buffaloo wings. USE UNSALTED BUTTER. NOMNOMNOM! #SoNomNom4u
Grilled Buffalo Wings
2 cup Franks Red Hot®
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
5 lb chicken wings
In a microwave safe (preferably glass" bowl, heat butter in microwave until completely melted. Pour Franks Red Hot into butter and beat with a wisk until completely blended.
Put wings in a big bowl and pour about 1/3 of the sauce over the wings. Toss to coat completely.
Heat grill and place raw chicken wings on hot grill. Baste them often with buffalo sauce mixture as you grill them. Grill until the internal temperature of all the wings is 165° F.
Remove from grill and serve with ranch or blue cheese and celery.
