Grilled Fajitas

Fajitas are always fun! let them make them like they want! Grill it to your preference! Temp given is for Medium rare, you can make them as rare or as done as you would like. #SoNomNom4u





Grilled Fajitas


1 3-5 lb London Broil

6 TBSP Cumin

6 TBSP Chili Powder

4 TBSP Olive oil

1 lime, juiced

1 package of flour tortillas, I use Tortilla Land Raw dough Tortillas and prepare them fresh.

2 Large onions

1 red bell pepper, deseeded.

1 green bell pepper, deseeded

2 tsp. black pepper

2 Cups of finely shredded cheddar

Sour Cream (if desired)


Put London Broil on a large platter and squeeze lime juice all over both sides, rubbing to spread it around. Rub 2 TBSP olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle both sides with 1 tsp. black pepper, 3 TBSP cumin and 3 TBSP chili powder.


Slice onions and peppers and place them on foil. Add 2 TBSP Olive oil, 3 TBSP Cumin, 1 tsp black pepper, and 2 TBSP Chili Powder. toss with hand to coat the onions and peppers. Bring 22 sides of foil together and roll them down toward the top. Take foils side and repeat step. stab pouch a couple times lighty with a fork to create air holes. place on grill with meat.


Grill meat until internal temp reaches 135°F. Grill foil pouch of onions and peppers for about 5-7 minutes. Remove everything from heat and let the meat stand approximately 10 minutes. Slice thin.


Serve sliced meat with the onion/pepper plate, shredded cheese and sour cream. Let everyone build their own fajitas! DELICIOUS!


NOTE: You can choose to saute onions and peppers in a skillet if you'd like!
