Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits
2 cups of any fruit--fresh or frozen.
2 container any flavor yogurt
granola (optional)
In a pretty glass, place a big spoonful of yogurt, then, a couple big spoons of fruit, then yogurt, then fruit, then yogurt--sprinkle with granola.
If using frozen fruit, thaw completely on a cookie sheet for about 20 minutes and cut into small pieces before assembling the parfait.
Recipe makes 2--double for more, or half for less!
