Creamy Chicken Gravy
4 TBSP butter
4 TBSP flour
2 tsp chicken bouillon
28 oz. Chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
In a medium pot, melt butter. When butter is melted, add flour and stir until flour is well blended with the butter. Add chicken bouillon powder/cubes and pepper and stir until it is dissolved and well blended. If you have any drippings or juices from cooking chicken, add them here! Add chicken broth and whisk until there are no lumps and remove from heat. Add Cream and stir until well blended. Serve hot with mashed potatoes.
