Country Salad

Country Salad is a delicious blend of leaf lettuce, artichoke hearts, bacon bits, feta cheese, and green onions, tossed with a light coating of ranch dressing and topped with delicious croutons. I make this is in a large bowl with a lid for a big crown and take the dressing and croutons along to add at the last minute. VEGETARIANS OMIT BACON ! #sonomnom4u #countrysalad #vegetarian


Country Salad

1 head of Leaf Lettuce

1 can of artichoke hearts, (packed in water) chopped

1/2 cup bacon pieces

1 bunch green onions, chopped

6 oz crumbled feta cheese

1 cup croutons (Make your own!)

1 cup Ranch Dressing (We only use Litehouse)


Wash, rinse and chop a head of leaf lettuce. Place it in a large bowl.

Add chopped artichoke heart, bacon pieces, chopped green onions, and fetta cheese. Toss to distribute all ingredients evenly.


When ready to serve add ranch and croutons. Cover with a lid and shake to coat all ingredients with dressing. Serve.
