Chef Salad
1 head of leaf lettuce
1 medium white onion
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 small carrot, grated
1 hard boiled egg, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
2 slices deli ham
2 slices deli roast beef
2 slices deli turkey
2 slices deli chicken
5 slices deli hard salami
5 slices pepperoni
1/4 cup real bacon crumbles
1/4 cup croutons, and flavor ( or make your own ranch or classic!)
To make salad:
Chop the lettuce.
Slice the onion.
Chop the celery.
Chop the hard boiled egg.
Grate the carrot.
Shred the cheddar.
Chop up all deli meats and pepperoni.
In a large bowl, add chopped lettuce.
Add the celery, carrots, onion, deli meats, pepperoni, bacon crumbles, and croutons.
Serve cold and crisp!
Add the dressing of your choice.
