This is a classic recipe, but made with my special little changes! Such delicious, perfect, soft, sweet cookies with a little crunch of hawaiian yum! Make a batch today! #Sonomnom4u #Macadamianut #WhiteChocolatemacadamiaCookies #MacadamiaCookies

Ingredients:

2-1/2 cup all purpose flour

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1 tsp. salt

2 sticks butter (room temp or melted)

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup dark brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup macadamia nuts

PREHEAT OVEN to 375°F

Instructions:

In a stand alone mixer bowl or large bowl, add butter and brown sugar. Beat until creamed together. Add vanilla and eggs, beat until everything is well blended and smooth. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. Add Flour mixture slowly while the mixer is on. (We use the flour guard to avoid a huge mess!) when all flour is added, turn off mixer and pour in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Mix another minute or so.

Line 2 large cookie sheets with parchment and place cookie dough onto the cookie sheet by using a spoon or scoop. You can make them as large or small as you want. I usually do MONSTER COOKIES so I don't have to switch out pans in the oven as much. Or you can make them 2 TBSP each. Make sure to leave about 3 or more inches between each dough drop on the sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 7-10 minutes. Ovens vary and so do cookie preferences. The less baking time, the softer the cookie. I cook mine around 8 minutes. SOFT! The longer you bake them, the crisper the cookie. The result is up to you!

Remove from cookie sheet with a spatula and place on a cooling rack or butcher paper to cool. Enjoy warm and gooey or completely cooled!
