Whipped Cream

Sure you can buy the processed stuff in a can, or you can impress the guests by whipping up a batch of freshly whipped cream! It is much easier and faster than it sounds and if you have a stand-alone mixer, it makes itself! #sonomnom4u #whippedcream #vegetarian



1 cup heavy whipping cream

3 TBSP sugar


Make as much as you want. Just double, triple, quadruple...etc this recipe!


In a stand alone mixer, pour heavy cream and sugar in. Turn on low speed (power 2) for about a minute. Increase speed to 3 or 4 and beat until the cream becomes a thick, beautiful fluffy mixture and begins to form peaks (about 3 minutes)


Serve immediately or refrigerate. This goes amazing with our Pumpkin Pie recipe.
