Nom Nom Treats
9 cups Rice Wafer Cereal (like Chex)
1/2 cup Nutella
1 cup Milk chocolate chips
1-1/2 cups confectioners sugar
In double boiler, melt butter and cocolate until melted and blended. Don't overcook. Remove from heat.
Pour cereal into a large bowl, pour chocolate mixture all over cereal, scraping pot to get it all out. Stir to completely coat ceareal with melted goodness.
Now the fun part! Pour some of the coated mix into a zipper bag. Place some powder sugar into the bag and shake to coat completely. Pour out onto a large flat surface to cool and harden. Store in zipper bags. You can usually do this in 2 batches if you use gallon sized zipper bags. Also, if you have kids, give them each a bag to shake!
