Guacamole

This is the best guacamole ever! I myself don't like the chunky kind, so if you do, don't pulverize it--use a fork instead. #SoNomNom4u #guacamole #vegetarian



Guacamole


  • 5 Avocados, completely ripened

  • 6 cloves of garlic, peeled

  • juice of half a lemon

  • 2 TBSP cumin

  • 1 tsp salt

  • Cilantro Garnish


Cut avocadoes in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Using a spoon, scrape avocado away from shell and scoop it into a food processor. Repeat until all avocadoes are in the food processor. Add whole fresh garlic cloves, juice of half a lemon, cumin and salt and pulverize until it is creamy, stopping to scrape the sides a couple times.

Dump into a dish and garnish with cilantro.


Serve cold with delicious fresh tortilla chips.
