Bibble
1 cup popcorn kernels, popped (measure 1 cup of unpopped kernels)
3 TBSP Oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 TBSP vanilla Extract
1 stick of butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups white melting chocolate, melted
Food colors of your choice
small chocolate candies, sprinkles or chocolate chips to mix in (optional)
Pop popcorn in 3 TBSP Oil. Set aside.
In a large pot, melt 1 stick of butter. After butter is melted, add brown sugar, salt, and vanilla. Cook until it starts bubbling and let it bubble for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda, stir and add popcorn immediately afer you added baking soda. Stire popcorn into the caramelized mixture and coat popcorn as much as you can. Pour coated popcorn out onto a baking sheet covered with parchement. Let cool completely.
In a double boiler or a small pot inside a larger pot of water, melt the white chocolate disks. Stir often. When melted, pour into about 4 mugs. Color each portion of white chocolate with a different color. Stir each color up completely.
Take 4 large zipper bags and pour 1/4 of the popcorn into each bag.
take 1 cup of colored chocolate and pour it into each bag of popcorn. Shake hard until colored chocolate is coating a lot of the popcorn. Pour the colored popcorn back out onto the cookie sheet to cool and harden. Repeat with all bags of popcorn and colors of chocolate.
When all popcorn is cooled and hardened, pour into a large bowl and serve.
At this point, you can add m&ms or other candies or chocolate chips if you'd like.
Congratulations! You just made Bibble!
