Milk Gravy

This milk gravy is delicious over biscuits or Chicken Fried Steak. Whip up a batch and stop using packet gravy. This tastes so much more delicious! #SoNomNom4u #Vegetarian #NoSausageBiscuitGravy

Milk Gravy

4 TBSP Butter

3 TBSP Flour

3 cups half and half or milk

2 TBSP fresh cracked black pepper

2 tsp. season salt


In a large skillet (I love to use iron skillet!), melt Butter.

Add flour and mix until blended.

When flour is well mixed in, add half and half and wisk until it is completely blended and smooth.

Let simmer about a minute. When mixture thickens, remove from heat and season with season salt and fresh cracked pepper.

Stir.

Remove from heat and serve hot over some fresh baked Buttermilk Biscuits or Country Fried Steak!
